Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi (–)

Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, meet your local guide holding an Odynovo welcome sign.

Transfer to your hotel in central Hanoi. Enjoy the rest of the day to relax or explore the city on your own.

Overnight: Hanoi

 

Day 2: Hanoi City Discovery (B/L)

Morning:

• Visit Ho Chi Minh’s House on Stilts

• Discover the serene Tran Quoc Pagoda

• Take a walk along the iconic Train Street

Afternoon:

• Explore the Museum of Ethnology (closed Mondays)

• 1-hour rickshaw ride through the vibrant Old Quarter

• Visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple

• End the day with a traditional Water Puppet Show

Day 3: Hanoi – Duong Lam Ancient Village (B/L)

Morning:

• Drive to Duong Lam Village

• Visit Mong Phu Temple and explore old laterite brick houses

Afternoon:

• Enjoy lunch at a local village restaurant

• Visit Mia Pagoda, Ngo Quyen Temple, and Phung Hung Temple

• Stop at Tay Phuong Pagoda on the return to Hanoi

Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise (B/L/D)

Activites:

• 09:00: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi and depart for Halong Bay (approx. 3.5 hours by road).

• 12:00: Arrive at Athena Check-in Lounge, prepare for boarding.

• 12:30: Transfer by tender boat to Athena Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink while the Cruise Manager delivers a safety briefing and introduces the itinerary.

• 12:45: Lunch is served onboard as the cruise sets sail through the spectacular limestone scenery of Halong Bay.

• 14:45: Visit Bo Nau Cave, then continue to Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in the bay.

• 15:45: Transfer to Titov Island for swimming, beach relaxation, or hike to the summit for a panoramic view of the bay.

• 17:00: Return to the Athena Cruise and unwind as the ship anchors at Titop587 for the night.

• 18:00–19:00: Enjoy sunset views with freshly prepared snacks and drinks during Happy Hour (Buy 1 Get 1 Free).

• 18:30: Participate in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration led by the Head Chef.

• 19:00: Savor a fusion set dinner menu in the cozy dining area.

• 20:30: Evening free for leisure: join mini-games, film entertainment, squid fishing, or enjoy massage services.

Overnight: Onboard Athena Cruise, Halong Bay

 

Day 5: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Flight to Da Nang – Hoi An (B/Brunch)

Morning:

• 06:30: Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck while cruising toward Luon Cave.

• 07:00: Light breakfast served at the restaurant.

• 08:00: Visit Luon Cave, known for its calm waters and lush cliffs. Choose between:

  • Kayaking (free of charge)

  • Bamboo boat ride rowed by a local (public ticket: ~VND 50,000/person)

• 09:00: Return to the cruise, relax and pack your luggage (leave outside your cabin for collection).

• 09:30: Enjoy a brunch buffet onboard while the cruise returns to port.

• 10:45: Disembark at Halong International Harbor and meet your private guide and driver.

• 12:30: Transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your flight to Da Nang.

Afternoon/Evening: 

• Upon arrival in Da Nang, transfer to your hotel in Hoi An.

• Check-in and relax for the evening.

Day 6: Hoi An (B/L)

Morning: Fisherman Eco Tour in a local fishing village:

• Learn traditional fishing techniques

• Enjoy a bamboo basket boat ride

Afternoon:

• Stroll through Hoi An Ancient Town

• Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls, and ancient merchant houses

• Evening free to explore Hoi An’s lantern-lit streets

Day 7: Hoi An – Danang – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B)

Transfer to Da Nang Airport

Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)

Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and relax or explore at leisure

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City Highlights (B/L)

Morning: Visit the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network used during wartime

Afternoon:

• Visit Ben Thanh Market, War Remnants Museum, and Reunification Palace

• Photo stop at Saigon Post Office and walk along Dong Khoi Street

Overnight: Ho Chi Minh City

 

Day 9: Full-Day Mekong Delta Adventure (B/L)

After breakfast, meet your guide and drive ~2 hours to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta

Visit the Ben Tre local market to see daily life

Board a traditional boat for a 40-minute cruise along Ham Luong River, lined with coconut palms

Continue into small canals by rowboat, then walk through a village and visit a local farmer’s home for tropical fruit

Ride a Tuk Tuk to visit cottage industries:

• Watch locals weave brooms from coconut fibers

• Learn to make and taste coconut candy & jams

Join a local family to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked lunch

After lunch, say goodbye to your hosts and return to Ho Chi Minh City

Overnight: Ho Chi Minh City

 

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh – Fly to Siem Reap, Cambodia (B)

Transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap

Meet your Cambodian guide upon arrival and transfer to hotel

Rest of the day at leisure

Overnight: Siem Reap

 

Day 11: Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat (B/L)

Morning: Visit Angkor Thom, including: South Gate, Bayon Temple, and Terrace of the Elephants

Afternoon:

• Explore the iconic Angkor Wat

• Enjoy sunset at Bakheng Hill (or Pre Rup Temple as alternate)

Overnight: Siem Reap

 

Day 12: Sunrise – Banteay Srei – Apsara Show (B/L/D)

Early Morning: Watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat

Day Tour:

• Visit Banteay Srei Temple, renowned for pink sandstone carvings

• Stop at Khmer villages

• Visit Ta Prohm and Ta Keo Temples

Evening: Enjoy a traditional Apsara Dance Show with dinner at Angkor Village Resort

Overnight: Siem Reap

 

Day 13: Tonle Sap Lake & Local Village (B/L)

Morning:

• Visit a rural Khmer Village with views of rice paddies

• Take a boat cruise on Tonle Sap Lake to see floating villages

Afternoon:

• Free time at the Old Market or enjoy spa/hotel leisure time

• Optional second sunset view at Angkor Wat

Overnight: Siem Reap

 

Day 14: Departure from Siem Reap (B)

Free time after breakfast until your private transfer to Siem Reap Airport

Fly to your next destination
