Booking Your Holiday

Just simply advise us your plan, hotel category and travel date and length. You will have our proposal(s) and our Travel Consultant will be pleased to advise you about the suitability of the trip you have chosen. All the bookings should be booked by email.

Vietnam Legend Travel reserves the right to change any arrangement (including tours, programmers, prices and services) in the best interest of its Clients, with or without prior notice in case of unexpected events such as war, natural calamity etc….

To avoid confusion, where Vietnam Legend Travel acts as holiday organizer, your contract is with Vietnam Legend Travel.

Your holiday is confirmed when we send you an email confirming all detailed services plus an invoice and it is then a contract is created.

Vietnam law governs the holiday contract and any dispute would be heard before a Vietnam court.

All bookings are confirmed subject to these booking conditions.

All prices quoted to the Clients are on a net basis and in United States Dollars, and are valid in accordance with the date specified on the Vietnam Legend Travel’s printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice and/or confirmation email issued/sent to the Clients.

Vietnam Legend Travel warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the Clients are correct at the time of issuance of the Client’s quotation and/or invoice and/or confirmed email but are subject to change in line with market, tax, gasoline increase or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.

Rate

These net prices are in us dollars per pax and valid from 01 October  till 30 September  each year. The rate might be changed without notice if the gasoline increases or booking tour on peak season as New Year, Lunar New year, Public holidays in Vietnam & more…

In low season: from 05 May to 30 September, the rate may be cheaper at some program, Please contact us by info@vietlegendtravel.com to get more information).

 

Our Tour Price Includes

Services of local drivers and private air-conditioned vehicles during all tours and transfers.

Services of local English speaking guides during all tours and transfers (other language guides available on request with additional fee) if mentioned.

Accommodation for twin/double share with daily breakfast at selected hotels, for single traveler must add the single supplement price.

Junk for overnight with lunch, dinner & 01 brunch at selected junks if mentioned.

Kayak in Ha Long if mentioned.

Train tickets /train for overnight rout : Ha Noi - Lao Cai - Ha Noi with tourist class.

Mini hotel for day use before & after train in Ha Noi for Sapa tour.

Admission fees for all sights visited.

Pedi cab transfer or tour if mentioned.

Water puppet show if mentioned.

Elephant ride for 2 pax/elephant/15 minutes, if mentioned.

Our Tour Price Excludes

All airfares and airport taxes to & from Vietnam.

Visa on arrival stamping fee for Vietnam (25USD/PP & 2 recently pictures /pay directly at Visa Department upon arrival).

Early check in (before 2PM) & late check out (after 12:00).

Surcharge fees in peak season, national holidays & weekends.

Compulsory meal at hotels.

Admission fees during free time.

Drinks on meals.

Personal expenses such as telephone, laundry, etc.

Camera and video cameras fees if applicable.

Compulsory Personal Travel Insurance (It should cover against all cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation, in the event of accident of illness, client must buy before departure day).

Optional

German, Italian, Spanish, Russian or Chinese speaking local guides: surcharge of 35 USD/Group/Day.

Lunch or dinner: minimum 10 USD/pax; maximum 30 USD/pax depending on restaurant.

Bike Hire: 15 USD/day from day of hire to day of return.

 

Compulsory Travel Insurance

Our services & packages are not including travel insurance.

Client must be buys the travel insurance before departure day & send the travel in receipt & number us for use in urgent case.

Your travel insurance must cover against all cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation, in the event of accident of illness.

 

Safety

During your trip you will have some free time for you to pursue your own interests, relax and take it easy or explore at your own pace. Please note that any optional activities you undertake are not part of your Vietnam Legend Travel itinerary, and Vietnam Legend Travel makes no representations about the safety of the activity or the standard of any operators running them.

 

Deposit

A 30% of total holiday price is required as deposit upon receiving confirmation email plus invoice sent from Vietnam Legend Travel. Deposit not accepted for reservations, which made less than 30 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

 

Payment

The balance should be settled at least 36 days before arrival. If final payments are not received on time without note, Vietnam Legend Travel must cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fees.

Except for cash payment if the amount under US$ 9000,

There is service charge/bank charge for payment by credit card, swift or telegraphic transfer, all of which must be borne by the Clients.

All the payment must be made to Ms. Darling Nguyen Thi Anh Tho, the owner or the appropriate Vietnam Legend Travel’s bank account. Bank’s details will be given in our confirmation email or invoice.

 

Bank Fees

Customer shall be responsible for payment of bank or transfer charge in respect of any payment make to Vietnam Legend Travel. Any such fees or charge shall not be deducted from payment. Thank you.

 

Cancellation

If you cancel your holiday, you must inform us in writing before the departure date. Cancellation charges are necessary to cover our reasonable costs when we receive your written instructions before your departure date. Cancellation charges are as follow and refunds will be based on these calculations.

• 30 days or more before arrival: Loss of deposit

• 20-29 days before arrival: Lost 60% of total holiday price

• 19 days before arrival: Lost 100% of total holiday price

after commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part. It will be given for unused services included in the program unless Viet Legend Travel directly causes it.

 

Child Discount

One child under 5 years old is generally granted a reduction of 30% of the tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stays in the same room in an existing bed.

Airfare for child under 12 is 75% of adult and 50% of adult if under 2 or base to airline policies. Please check with Vietnam Legend Travel before proceeding with any reservations.

 

Vouchers

Detailed confirmation email plus invoice sent by Vietnam Legend Travel are considered as Vouchers for your holiday.

 

Liability

Our suppliers insure all of our vehicles, boats, trains and planes contracted between Vietnam Legend Travel and it is sub-contracted. Vietnam Legend Travel shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. Vietnam Legend Travel accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, accident, expenses, delay or other irregularity resulting by the client's participation in any of its services provided (tours, transfers and touring programs). Vietnam Legend Travel acts as an intermediate between all airlines, hotels, local tourist offices and other service providers. Therefore Vietnam Legend Travel Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify tours and itineraries with or without notice. Vietnam Legend Travel package tours are organized in conjunction with the airline-scheduled flights, itineraries and timetables are provisional and subject to change without notice. Acknowledgement and confirmation of the above-mentioned conditions are active, once clients participate in one of the provided services via Vietnam Legend Travel. Please note that all excursions, packages and/or tour programs are correct at the time of printing. Vietnam Legend Travel reserves the right to change this package for reasons beyond our control i.e. delay accidents, natural disaster, etc.
