In HCM - our tour guide Arn, was an extremely nice person. He was very respectful, friendly, hardworking, honest and had great knowledge of everything we needed to know. We had the best time with him as our guide. The Hotel folks were also very helpful, and were always there when the tour vehicle arrived after the day out, to help us cross the road. Crossing the roads in HCM city was indeed very challenging with so many bikes on the road. We hold your tour guide Arn in very high regard and we wish him the very best for the future. The tour vans in each stop were excellent, clean and comfortable. Drivers were also good and careful with driving in all that chaos
